Are you fancy with Side Crow pose? Through this coming 90 minutes workshop, you will be guided by our experience instructor to learn how to make Side Crow successfully and then you can do it at home after the workshop. Side crow pose will stretch the upper back and groins, while improving flexibility throughout the spine and lower back. Twisting your torso also massages the abdominal organs, which improves digestion and detoxification.
Practicing Side Crow can be a great way to increases body awareness, self-confidence and physical coordination!
